Bidding document (and additional copies) may be purchased
from the office of (1) Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation Ranchi,
(2) Superintending Engineer Minor Irrigation, Circle, Chaibasa,
(3) Superintending Engineer, Design, Planning & Monitoring
Circle - II, Ranchi, (4) Executive Engineer Minor Irrigation
Division, Saraikela, from 19.03.2010 to 25.03.2010 (on working
days), for a non-refundable fee as indicated, in te form of cash
or Demand draft on any Scheduled bank payable at Saraikela in
favour of Executive Engineer Minor Irrigation Division,
Saraikela Interested bidders may obtain further information at
the same address. Bidding documents requested by mail will be
dispatched by registered/speed post on payment of an extra
amount of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred). the undersigned will
not be held responsible for the postal delay if any, in the
delivery of the documents or non-receipt of the same.

Bids must be accompanied by security of the amount
specified for the work in the table, payable at Saraikela and
drawn in favour of Executive Engineer Minor Irrigation Division,
Saraikela Bid security will have to be in anyone of the forms as
specified in the biding document and shall have to be valid for
45 days beyond the validity of the bid.
5.
Bids must be delivered to Executive Engineer Minor
Irrigation Division, Saraikela on or before 15 hours on
26.03.2010 and will be opened on the same day at 15.30 hours, in
the presence of the bidders who wish to attend. If the office
happens to be closed on the date of receipt of th bids as
specified, the bids will be received and opened on the next
working day at the same time and venue.
