Hazaribag invites bids in sealed envelopes (Technical Bid,
Financial Bid Separately in side one envelope) for the
construction of works detailed in the table.
2.
The bidders may submit bids for any or all of the

3.
Bidding document (and additional copies) may be purchased

Superintending Engineer, Minor Irrigation Circle, Hazaribag,
(iii) Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation Abhiyantran Bhawan,
Ranchi, (iv) Superintending Engineer, Rupankan, Ayojan &
Monitoring Circle-2 from
09.03.2010 to 16.03.2010
(on working day), for a non-refundable fee (three sets) as
indicated in the form of cash or Demand draft on any Scheduled
bank payable at State
Bank of India, Main Branch, Hazaribag in favour of Executive
Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Hazaribag Interested
bidders may obtain further information at the same address.
Bidding documents requested by mail will be dispatched by
registered/speed post on payment of an extra amount of Rs.
200/- each The Authority issuing bidding document will not
be held responsible for the postal delay if any, in the delivery
of the documents or non-receipt of the same.
4.
Bids must be accompanied by security of the amount
specified for the work in the table, payable at Hazaribag and
drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Hazaribag. Bid
security will have to be in forms (i)
NSC 8/6 (8th issue)/ 3/5 year post office time
deposit or Bank Guarantee of any nationalized schedule Bank
valid up to 45 days beyond the validity of the bid.
5.
Bids must be delivered to The
Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Hazaribag at Sadar Thana Premises, Hazaribag on or before 15 hours on 17.03.2010 and will be opened on the same
day at 15:30 hours,
in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend. If the office
happens to be closed on the date of receipt of the bids as
specified, the bids will be received and opened on the next
working day at the same time and venue.
