Bidding document (and additional copies) may be purchased
from the office of Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Ranchi,
/Superintending Engineer, Minor Irrigation Circle Hazaribagh,
/Superintending Engineer, Designe, Planning & Monitoring
Circle, Ranchi, / Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division,
Ramgarh from 10.03.2010 to 16.03.2010 , for a non-refundable fee
for Rs. Ten Thousand as indicated above, in the form of cash or
Demand draft on any Scheduled bank payable at Ramgarh cantt in
favour of Executive Engineer; Minor Irrigation Division, Ramgarh.
Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same
address. Bidding documents requested by post/mail will be
dispatched by registered/speed post on payment of an extra
amount of Rs.200/- (Rs. Two hundred) . The Undersigned will not
be held responsible for the postal delay if any, in the delivery
of the documents or non-receipt of the same.

Bids must be accompanied by security of the amount
specified for the work in the table, payable at Ramgarh cantt
and drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation
Division, Ramgarh. Bid security will be in the form of (i) NSC
8/6 (8th issue), (ii) 5/3 year post office time
deposit, (iii) Bank guarantee of any Scheduled bank and shall
have to be valid for 45 days beyond the validity of the bid.

The Bid shall be received by the Executive Engineer, Minor
Irrigation Division, Ramgah at District Control Room Ramgarh
upto 3.00 Pm on 17.03.2010 and will be opened on the same date
at 3.30 pm in the presence of the bidder who wish to attend. If
the office happens to be closed on the date of receipt of the
bids as specified, the bids will be received and opened on the
next working day at the same time and venue.
