Programme Management Unit (SWSM), Drinking Water Sanitation Department, Government of Jharkhand has decided to empanel agency for development & printing of communication materials related to TSC, Water Quality Monitoring & Surveillance Programme & other activities. PMU therefore invites “EOI–request for pre qualification” for experienced communication materials development & printing agencies for services required for the purpose, as and when required.

Interested agencies which qualify as per the following conditions are eligible to submit the proposal for qualifying bid:-

a)      Prior experience of minimum three years for similar job in a Government/Semi Government organization with documentary evidence

b)      Minimum turnover of 10 (Ten Lakh) for each of three proceeding financial years from the current year, duly certified by Chartered Accountant.

c)      Must own infrastructure in the State of Jharkhand for Multicolor Printing Press duly registered with Industries Department of Jharkhand Government.

d)      Holder of Pan Card issued by Income Tax Department.

e)      Holder of VAT registration issued by Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Jharkhand.

Agency shall submit their offer against the expression of interest with following photocopy documents duly attested by Gazetted Officer

(i)      SSI Registration Certificate in the State of Jharkhand.

   (ii)  Annual turnover statement issued by Chartered Accountant,

(iii) Experience Certificate issued by Government/Semi-Government organization in                                            

support of having done similar job for the last three years or more. (i.e. Executed

supply order or Completion Certificate)

(iv)  Up to date Sale Tax clearance certificate

(v)   Pan Card issued by IT department.

(vi) Details of infrastructure with respect to installation of Multicolor Printing

 Machinery supported by documentary evidence.

(vii) Certificate from Industries Department stating that the Unit is presently in running condition.

            Programme Management Unit (SWSM) reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. The short listed Bidders will have to present proposal and to submit a Technical/ Financial proposal immediately after short listing. The empanelment will be for a period of one year, which may be extended in Government interest.
