Terms
& Conditions
·
For the supply of Bacteriological Field kits, the
following prerequisites are necessary:-
1.
The kits should be evaluated through CPCB/CSIR labs/ NABL/
IITs/BIS /SIIR or based on the technology developed by DRDE,
Gwalior.

Tenders are to be submitted on the departmental tender
document which must be accompanied with Earnest Money. The
earnest money as mentioned above shall be pledged in favour of
the Chief Engineer-cum-Executive Director (HRD), Drinking
Water and Sanitation Department, Doranda, Ranchi-834002. The
Earnest Money should be deposited in form of 6 years N.S.C
VIIIth issue or 3/5 years post office time deposit
pass book/Bank Guarantee issued from a scheduled Bank valid
for 6 months (Valid only for Company, Firms and Public Sector
undertaking) from the date of opening of tender.

Other
terms and conditions of tender will be enclosed along with the
Tender papers and will be binding on the tenderer.
4.
Right to accept or reject the tender will remain
reserved with the undersigned without showing any reason.
5.
The
tenderers should submit all the certificates including
photocopy (duly attested by a Gazetted officer) of up to date
Sales Tax/Trade Tax, Registration Certificate, Evaluation
Report, Experience Certificate, successfully supply execution
certificate etc. issued by the competent authority and
sufficient earnest money in the envelope "A" super
scribed on top of envelope as "Technical Bid" and
their rates in envelop “B” super scribed on top of
envelope as "Rate Bid". Both the envelopes should be
sealed separately. First the envelope” A" will be
opened. Envelope "B" will be opened only after the
tenderer is found technically eligible.
6.
Only
the certificate from the consignee end to the effect that the
agency has actually executed the supply order successfully at
his end will be treated as the experience certificate.
7.
The
cost of tender document is non-refundable.
8.
The
decision of the undersigned will be final and binding in case
of any dispute.
9.
Proper
legal action along with black listing will be done against
those tenderers, who will submit incorrect/fake certificates
along with the tender.
10.
Manufacturing
Units of Jharkhand State will be given preference VAT will be
charged as applicable per rule.
11.
Conditional
tenders will not be entertained.
12.
Intending
tenderers may please note that work is of very urgent nature
and has to be completed in scheduled time with adequate
quality assurance.
13.
Ranchi
will be the jurisdiction of court, in case of any legal
dispute
