Inviting Tenders for Design, Development, Installation, Operation
and Maintenance of Software and Hardware for Intelligent Transport
System (ITS) for City Bus Services in Ranchi, Dhanbad and Jamshedpur
in the State of Jharkhand on Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) basis.

Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation (JTDC) invites bids from
reputed Companies/Firms for Design, Development, Installation,
Operation and Maintenance of Software & Hardware for Intelligent
Transport System (ITS) for City Bus Services in Ranchi, Dhanbad and
Jamshedpur in the state of Jharkhand on Build Own Operate Transfer
(BOOT) basis. The detailed terms and conditions are given in the RFP
Document, which from 17-02-10 onwards
can be purchased from the office of Jharkhand Tourism Development
Corporation, Ranchi on submission of a Demand Draft of Rs. 5,000/-
(Five Thousand only) as a cost of RFP Document in favour of "Managing
Director, Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation Ltd."
payable at Ranchi.
The
RFP Document can also be downloaded from website:
www.jharkhand.gov.in and jharkhand.nic.in. In case if its
downloaded, the cost of the RFP Document should be enclosed in the
from of Demand Draft in favour of "Managing
Director, Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation Ltd."
payable at Ranchi along with the Bid Document at the time of bid
submission.
Scope
of Work:
1.
Installation
of hardware and software as part of integrated solution for GPS
enabled Automatic Vehicle Locating System (AVLS).
2.
Efficient
monitoring system by generating Management Information Reports (MIS).
3.
Generate
on board Public Information System (PIS).
Eligibility
Criteria for the Bidders:
Only
parties meeting with following qualifying criteria can only bid for
this tender.
·
Should have experience of executing the similar projects for
atleast three years.
·
Should have entered at least one contracts valuing more than
Rs 25 lakhs each.
·
Should have an average annual turnover of Rs 1 Crores in the
preceding three financial years.
(Note:
last three financial years should be read as F.Y.: 2006-07, 07-08
and 08-09.)
Earnest
Money Deposit (EMD):
The
bidders have to furnish a bid security/EMD for an amount of Rs.
5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) in the form of DD drawn in favour of
“MD,
Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation Ltd.” payable at Ranchi.
Bidders have to submit Technical Bid and Financial Bid in separate
sealed envelopes, placed in an outer sealed envelope on or before
the due date mentioned below.
