NOTE:
1.
Tender will be opened at 4.30PM on the last date of
receipt of tender as mentioned above.
2.
Tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day
during working hours from the office of the undersigned on the
payment of cost of BOQ (Non-refundable) as indicated above in
the shape of Bank Draft issued by SBI, in favour of
“TENUGHAT THERMAL POWER STATION” Payable at lalpania,
Branch Code No.9013 or on payment in cash to the Accounts
Officer, Tenughat Thermal Power Station, Lalpania. Copies of
STCC, PAN/ST Registration Certificate, Certificate begin
manufacturer, authorized dealership and copies of relevant
purchase orders from any Govt./semi Govt./PSU etc, will have
to be submitted at the time of purchasing B.O.Q.
3.
Earnest Money @ 2% of tender value subject to maximum
of Rs 50,000=00 must be deposited either in cash or in the
shape of Bank Draft as mentioned above. Firm like Govt. of
India undertaking, Govt. of Jharkhand undertaking, Firms
registered with SSI (Jharkhand), NSIC & DGS&D rate
contract with valid up to date registration certificate may
avail exemption towards deposit of Earnest money.
4.
The details of earnest Money deposited should be
indicated on the Top of envelope containing both Technical
& Commercial part and price part.
The
Undersigned reserves the right to extend the due date of
opening of Part-I and to reject the tenders or
increase/reduce/redistribute the quantity of tender among the
tenderers without assigning any reason there-of. For
