: NOTE :I)
Part –I of tender copy will opened at 4.30 PM on the
last date of receipt relevant tender. If the due date happen
to be a holiday, Part –I will opened on next working day.
ii)
Tender paper (B.O.Q) may be obtained on any working day
during working hours from the office of the undersigned on
payment of amount (Non-Refundable) as indicated above in the
shape of blank draft issued by SBI in the favor of “TENUGHAT
THEARMAL POWER STATION” payable at SBI, Lalpania,
branch-Code No.9013 or of payment of cash to the Accounts
Officer, Tenughat Thermal Power Station, Lalpania, Bakaro,
copy of up to date sales tax/VAT registration SSTC, PAN,
Manufacture’s registration/Authorized dealership certificate
and certificate of past P.O.s executed (for experience) etc
will have to be submitted as per eligibility criteria at the
time of purchasing B.O.Q.
iii)
Earnest Money @the 2% of tender value must be deposited
either in cash or in the shape of Demand Draft as mentioned
above with part-I of the tender paper.
iv)
The Undersigned resave the right to extend the due date, to
reject any/all, the tenders, increase/decrease/redist5ibute
the quantity of tender items without assigning any reason
there-of.
