TENDER NOTICE 

Sealed tenders in duplicate in two parts (Part-I- Technical and commercial and Part-II-Price) are invited from experienced/reputed Manufacturers and their authorized dealers only for the supply of following materials for 2x210 MW units at Tenughat Thermal Power Station, Lalpania, Distt-Boakro. The description of different items & schedule dates are given as under :  

NOTE:- 
(i) For NIT No. against Sl No. 8 to 11, reputed/experienced firms may also participate. 
(ii) Part-I of tender paper will be opened at 4:00 P.M. on the last date of receipt of relevant tender. If the due date of happens to be a holiday, part-I will be opened on next working day.  
(iii) Tender paper may be obtained on any working day during working hours from the office of the undersigned on payment of amount (Non-refundable) as indicated above in the shape of Bank Draft issued by SBI in favour of "TENUGHAT THERMAL POWER STATION" Payable at SBI, Lalpania, Branch Code No. 9013 or on payment of cash to the Accounts Officer, Tenughat Thermal Power Station, Lalpania, Bokaro, Copy of up to date sales tax/VAT registration STCC, PAN, Manufacturer's registration/Authorized dealership certificate and copy of past P.O.s executed (for experience) etc will to be submitted as per eligibility criteria at the time of purchasing B.O.Q.
(iv) Earnest Money @ 2% of tender value maximum up to Rs 50,000 (Rupees fifty thousand) must be deposited either in cash or in the shape of Demand Draft as mentioned above with part-I of the tender paper. 
(v) The undersigned reserves the right to extend the due date, to reject any/all the tenders, increase/decrease/redistribute the quantity of tendered items without assigning any reason thereof.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 

BOQ will be issued to those tenderers only who fulfill the eligibility criteria as per following and they submit photocopy document at the time of purchasing of B.O.Q.
(i) Firm should be manufacturer/authorized dealer and should have past experience of supplying similar item to other Govt./Semi Govt./ PSU etc during last 7 years ending last day of months previous to the one in which offer are invited. 
(ii) They should have valid firm's registration/STCC clearance/PAN Card/Manufacturing license/authorized dealership certificate. 
(iii) They should have executed 3 similar purchase orders of each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the estimated cost. 
                                                                            Or
Two similar P.O.s each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost.
                                                                            Or
One similar completed purchase order costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost.
Similar purchase order means successfully execution of PO (s) for supply of the items under description of spares noted above to any large Thermal Power Stations of Electricity Board/Govt./Semi Govt./ other reputed organizations. Bidders will have to furnish self certified photo copy/copies of furnished PO(s) together with transporters challan and inspection certificate containing dispatch clearance, excise invoice etc or execution certificate (s) in respect of furnished orders(s). 
(iv) Average annual turn over during last three years ending 31st March of the previous financial year should be at least 30% of the total estimated cost of the supply package. The firm furnish the copy of report containing audited balance sheet for the immediate three preceding financial year.
