NOTICE INVITNG TENDER (NIT)

Sealed tenders in duplicate in two parts (Part-I Technical, Part-II Price) are invited on behalf of TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED, Ranchi from reputed, experienced and financially sound firms for the annual contract of following work for 2x210 MW units at Tenughat, TPS, Lalpania, Dist. Bokaro.    

1.The tenderers shall have to submit Proof of Experience of maintenance of Mechanical Equipments of Thermal Power Plant not less than 210 MW unit capacity. 
2. The tender must have annual turn over of 80% of estimated cost during any of the last three years ending March 2007. 

3. The tenders are required to submit copy of work order in Mechanical field in Thermal Power station of unit capacity 210 MW or above as 
Single order of 80% of the estimated cost. 
Or Two orders each not less than 50% of estimated cost. 
Or Three orders each not less than 40% of estimated cost- during three years ending March 2007.   
4. The tenderer must have valid labour licence, P.F. Code no., Ownership/Partnership deed and bank solvency. The tender paper will be issued only after verification of these papers and papers related with experience enclosed with application for BOQ.  
5. Running contractors presently working for above work is exempted from clause No. 2 & 3 as above.  
6. The tender paper (BOQ) with all terms and conditions may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on payment of cost of BOQ either in cash or in the shape of Bank draft issued by any Nationalized bank in favour of 'TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LTD.', payable at Ranchi.   
7. TVNL reserves the right to extend the due date of opening or to reject any or all the tenders and to reduce, increase or distribute the work among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
