TENDER NOTICE  

POWERING JHARKHAND

Sealed tenders in duplicate in two parts (part-I Technical & Commercial, Part-II, Price) are invited on behalf of Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited, Ranchi from experienced, reputed manufacturer for supply, Erection, Commissioning and Testing of 05 (Five) nos. 30 Mtrs. High Mast Light on turn Key basis at TTPS, Lalpania, Dist. Bokaro (Jharkhand) as per following schedule.   

1. The bidder should have following pre-requisite qualifications :-
 (i) The tenderer should have the status of manufacturer. 
(ii) The tenderer should have the experience of successfully supply for similar item in SEB's/PSU's/Semi Govt./Govt. undertaking during last five years. 
(iii) Annual turn over of the firm during proceeding (03) three years should be at least 80% the estimated cost. 
(iv) The firm should have up-to-date STCC.   
2. The tender paper (BOQ) will be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on payment of amount (non refundable) as indicated above in the shape of Bank draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited", payable at Ranchi. The tender papers be issued only after verification of pre-requisite qualifications. 
3. Earnest Money @ 2% of quoted value maximum up to Rs 50,000 (Rupees Fifty thousand) only in the shape of Bank Draft as mentioned above must be deposited. Tender without Earnest Money will not be entertained.
4. Sealed tenders in two parts 1st Technical and Commercial Part and 2nd Price Part kept in a single sealed envelope and opened on date and time as mentioned above in the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi. 
5. TVNL reserve the right to extend the due date of opening or to reject any or all tenders and to reduce, increase or distribute the work among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
