DETAILED TENDER NOTICE (For website and Notice Board)

1. Tender papers may be obtained by eligible bidders on any working day during working hours from the office of the undersigned on payment of amount (Non-refundable) as mentioned above either in the shape of D/D issued by SBI in favour of 'TENUGHAT THERMAL POWER STATION" payable at SBI, Lalpania, Branch Code No.9013 or on payment of cash to the Accounts Officer, Tenughat Thermal Power Station, Lalpania, Bokaro. 
2. B.O.Q will be issued to those tenderers only who fulfill the eligibility criteria as per following and they submit photocopy of necessary document at the time of purchasing of B.O.Q. 
(i) Firm should be manufacture/authorized dealer and should have past experience supplying similar item to other Govt/Semi Govt./PSU etc during last 7 years ending last day of months previous to the one in which offer are invited. 
(ii) They should have valid  firm's registration/STCC clearance/PAN Card/ Manufacturing license /authorized dealership certificate. 
(iii) They should have executed 3 similar purchase orders of each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the estimated cost. 
                                                               Or 
Two similar P.Os each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost.
                                                              Or
One similar completed purchase order costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost. 
Similar Purchase order means successfully execution of PO(s) for supply of the items under description of spares noted above to any large Thermal Power Stations of Electricity Board/Govt./Semi Govt/ other reputed organizations. Bidders will have to furnish self certified photo copies of furnished PO(s) together with transporters challan and inspection certificate containing dispatch clearance, excise invoice etc or execution certificate(s) in respect of furnished order(s). 

(iv) Average annual turn over during last three years ending 31st march of the previous financial year should be at least 30% of the total estimated cost of the supply package. The firm must furnish the copy of report containing audited balance sheet for the immediate three preceding financial year. 

3. Earnest Money @2% of the estimated cost maximum up to Rs 50,000=00 (Rupees fifty thousand) must be deposited along with Part-I of tender either in cash or in the shape of Demand Draft as mentioned above. Govt. of India Undertaking, Govt. of Jharkhand Undertaking firms registered with SSI (Govt. of Jharkhand), NSIC and DGS&D rate contract may avail exemption subject to their claim supported by valid certificate. 
4. The Undersigned reserves the right to extend the due date and to reject any/all the tenders or increase/decrease/redistribute the quantity of tender without assigning any reason there-of. 
5. In case due date of opening happens to be a holiday, Part-I of tender will be opened next working day.
