TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tender in duplicate in two parts (Part-I Technical & commercial, Part-II  Price) are invited on behalf of TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED, Ranchi from reputed experienced and financially sound firm for supply of Light Diesel Oil (LDO) for Tenughat TPS, Lalpania, Bokaro by Road only. The scheduled date is as under :- 

The tenderer should have the following pre-requisite qualification:- 
a) The tenderer should have the status of original manufacturer/producer. 
b) The tender should have loading and storage facility nearer to the TTPS plant. 
c) They should have experience of successfully executing similar work in SEB's/PSU's/Semi Govt./ Govt. undertaking during last seven years.
d) Annual turnover of the firm during preceding three years should be at least 80% of the estimated/quoted rate. 
e) The firm should have valid upto date STCC.
2. Tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from accounts officer TVNL Hinoo, Ranchi on payment of amount (non-refundable) as indicated  above in the shape of cash or bank draft issued by any nationalized bank in favour of "Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited" payable at Ranchi. The tender papers will be issued only after verification of papers of pre-requisite qualification. 
3. Earnest money @2% of tender value upto maximum of Rs 50,000/= (Rupees fifty thousand) only in the shape of Bank draft as mentioned above must be deposited. The tender without earnest money will not be entertained. 
4. Sealed tenders in two parts (1st Technical and Commercial & 2nd Price Part) kept in single sealed envelope and opened on date and time mentioned above in the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi. 
5. The undersigned reserves the right to extend the due date of opening or reject any/all the tenders or distribute the quantity of tender among the tenders without assigning reason thereof.
