TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders in duplicate in two parts (part-I Technical & Commercial Part-II, Price) are invited on behalf of TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED, Ranchi from reputed, experienced and financially sound manufacturer for supply of FD Fan Motor for TTPS, Lalpania, Dist. Bokaro (Jharkhand) as per following schedule. 

1. The bidder should have following pre-requisite qualifications :  
(e) The tenderer should have the status of manufacturer.
(f) They should have the experience of successfully executing similar works in SEB's/PSU's/Semi Govt./ Govt. undertaking during last seven years. 
(g) Annual turn over of the firm during preceding (03) three years be at least 80% of the estimated  cost.
(h) The firm should have up-to-date STCC.  
2. The tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on payment of amount (non refundable) as indicated above in the shape of Bank Draft issues by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED", payable at Ranchi. The tender papers will be issued only after verification of papers of pre-requisite qualification.   
3. Earnest Money rs 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) only in the shape of Bank Draft as mentioned above must be deposited. Tender without Earnest Money will not be entertained.  
4. Sealed tenders in two parts 1st Technical and Commercial Part and 2nd Price Part kept in a single sealed envelope and opened on date and time as mentioned above in the office of TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi.  
5. TVNL reserve the right to extend the due date of opening or to reject any/all tenders or distribute the quantity of tender among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
