The
Government of Jharkhand has decided to take up tourism
development and promotional activities on a very large scale
in the State to make the State the ultimate destination for
tourists.
To
enable timely formulation and execution of such Tourism
Development Projects, there is an ever growing need to engage
the services of reputed, experienced, dedicated and creative
Architects for various architectural work, interior designing
and landscaping works, so as to prepare various Detailed
Project Reports comprising of designs and drawings, estimates,
BOQ and other tender documents.
A
panel of Consultant Architects has already been prepared in
the Directorate which needs to be further expanded keeping in
mind the present and future requirements relating to tourism
development.
Accordingly
applications are invited from reputed and experienced
Consultant Architects having following eligibilities:
1.
Architect/firm should have 10 years experience.
2.
Architect/firm should possess adequate qualified man
power.
3.
A detailed profile of the firm with name &
experience of Principal Architect/Architects to be mentioned
along with staff strength.
4.
The Architect should be a registered member of the
Council of Architect.
5.
Architect/firm should be registered for tax with IT
Department.
6.
The Architect/firm should have relevant work
experience, a narrative list of works along with layout and
activities undertaken during last 3 financial years along with
the value should be submitted. It should also describe the
nature of assignment.
7.
Architect/firm, empanelled with India Tourism
Development Corporation/Tourism Department or
Corporation/Building Department of States would be preferred.
Interested
Architects/Firms may purchase application form from the office
of the Director (Tourism) by paying Rs. 2000/- (Rupees two
thousand only) as Bank Draft in favour of "Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation Limited", payable at
Ranchi on any working day from 19.03.2008.
The same could also be downloaded from the website (www.jharkhand.gov.in)
and submitted with a draft of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees two
thousand only) drawn in the favour of "Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation Limited" payable at
Ranchi.
Interested Architects/Firms may submit the duly filled
application in the prescribed format along with all relevant
documents during office hours.
The Department of Tourism would scrutinize such
applications for empanelment on fortnightly basis, so as to
take appropriate decision regarding empanelment of suitable
candidates.
The Department reserves the right to reject any or all
applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever. |
