Notice Inviting Tender No. 01/2008-09
Name of wOrk : Construction OF different type of health  centre building in godda district.

8. Earnest money (as mentioned in the table above) be attached in form of 8/6 yrs. NSC (8th Issue) or 3/5 yrs. Post Office time deposit issued from the Post Office of Jharkhand State or Bank Guarantee of any Nationalised Scheduled Bank  of Jharkhand State valid for 2 Years  from the date of opening of Tender duly pledged in favour of Executive Engineer Rural Development Special Division Godda (Jharkhand)
9. Tenderer or his authorized representative may opt to be present at the time of opening of Tender.
10. Contractor of proper grade who is registered in PWD (Building) / WRD / REO, Jharkhand may only participate in the Tender. At the time of buying the Tender documents the Attested Photocopy of Registration, Income tax Clearance Certificate, Sale tax Clearance Certificate, Labour License and Character Certificate must be attached with the application.
11. The Price of Tender documents (B.O.Q.) as mentioned above in Column (5) of (1) No. which is non-refundable, will be form of Bank Draft in favour of the undersigned payable at State Bank of India, Godda.
12. Tenderers must have experience of Building work for which experience certificates should be attached.
13. Tenderers are advised to visit the Construction site (on their own cost) to study the details and conditions of work site.
14.Contractor will not be allowed to sublet the work. Subletting shall be treated as the violation of agreement and if it is found, the agreement will be reassigned & the contractor shall be black listed.
15. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason.
16. Allotment of work to any tenderer will not be considered if the tenderer’s work in the Deptt. in past is not satisfactory or any previous work is pending against the tenderer within the department. Tenderers will have to submit self affidavit stating that there is no work pending against him in the department.
17. The details of Terms and Conditions of the tender may be seen in Tender/BID Documents.
18. The Department will not supply / provide any Construction equipment and materials such as Roller, Cement, Steel etc.
19. Work has to be executed on the basis of guidelines and provisions of Building Specification & guidelines.
20. Rate quoted by the Tender below 15% of S/R will not be accepted. Rate should be quoted both in word & figure in shape of % (percentage) on above or below schedule of Rate.
21.Quantity and Cost of Tender Value may vary Amount of Earnest Money will increase or decrease as per Cost mentioned in B.O.Q.
22. Contractor being License Holder for electrification for electric fitting works duly issued by the Electricity Department will be preferred.
23. The Contractor is required to establish his own fully equipped functional Quality Control Laboratory at work site  before execution of the work for Quality Control Tests.
24. As per direction issued by the department normally no time extension will be granted except any specific conditions. In case of not completing the Scheme on scheduled completion of time, the payment will be done after due deduction of 10% (Ten percent) of the whole agreement value.
25. The payment will be done as per availability of fund.
