9.
Earnest money needs to be attached in form of 8/6 years NSC (8th issue)
from he post office of Jharkhand or 3/5 years post office time
deposit / bank guarantee of any nationalized schedule bank
upto 90 days from the date of opening of tender in favour of
Executive Engineer, Rural Development Special Division,
Chaibasa.

10. The
Contractors registered in R.D.D./REO/PWS (road) in appropriate
class may participate in this tender.
|
|
11.Tenderer or his authorized representative may be present at the time of
opening of Technical Bid/ Tender.
|
|
12.The price of Bid/Tender document mentioned above is non refundable but
should be in the form of Bank Draft in favour of Executive
Engineer, Rural Development Special Division, Chaibasa payable
at SBI, Chaibasa.
|
|
13. The work is to be done on "Turn-key Basis". The DPR Drawing
etc. available in the department may be seen in the office of
the under signed on any working day for reference only. The
contractor however, is required to make his own design and
drawing based on his survey, investigation etc. at site which
will have to be approved by the Chief-Engineer, Rural
Development Special Zone, Ranchi.

14.Tenderers are advice to visit the bridge site (on their own cost) to
study the details and conditions of work site.
|
|
15.Tender is based on two Envelop system of technical and finical Bids.
Finical bids of only technically qualified contractors shall
be opened.
|
|
16.The undersigned reserve the right to accept or reject any tender without
assigning any reason.
|
|
17.The details of terms and conditions of the Tender may be seen in the
tender / Bid document.
|
|
18.
The department will not supply / provide any construction equipments or
materials such as road roller, cement, steel etc.
|
|
19.
Work has to be executed on the basis of guidelines and provision of MOST
specification and IRC guidelines.
|
|
20.
The contractor is required to establish his own fully equipped and
functional quality control laboratory at work site before
execution of work for quality control tests.
|
|
21.The contractor shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the public
property due to negligence of their labour and staff and the
damage/loss should made good at his own cost.
|
|
22.The contractor should get the sample of all materials approved by the
engineer incharge before collecting them to be used in work.
|
|
23.The contractor have to submit the work programme/ mile stone for the
completion of work within the specified time period and the
progress of work should be strictly maintained according to
the programme so as to complete the work in time.
|
|
24.The contractor should be held responsible for material at site.
|
|
25.Payment shall be made only on the availability of allotment by the
department.
|
|
26.Tenderer must have experiences of bridge work for single bridge minimum
of 150M
|
|
27.The cost of preparation of PPR/DPR will be deducted from first on account
bill of the contractor.
