7.If for any reason the above-mentioned dates are
changed a separate notification will be issued.

If the date of opening of the tender is declared as
holyday the tender will be accepted on the next working day at
the same time and venue.

9.
PLACE FOR RECEIPT & OPENING OF TENDERED/BID :
District Control Room, Ranchi.

|
10. Earnest money be attached in form of 8/6 year N.S.C.
(8th issue) from the post office of Jharkhand or 3/5 years
post office time deposit duly pledged to the Executive
Engineer, Rural Development Special Division, Giridih or bank
guarantee of any nationalized schedule bank situated in
Jharkhand valid up to 2 years from the date of opening of
tender, in favour of the Executive Engineer, Rural Development
Special Division, Giridih.

11.
Tenderer or his/her authorized representative may
choose to be present at the time of opening of technical Bid.
|
|
12. Contractors who are registered in requisite category in
PWD/ R.D.D. /R.E.O. Govt. of Jharkhand, Ranchi are entitled
for buying the tender documents. The Attested photocopy of
registration, Sale Tax Clearance Certificate, Income Tax
Clearances Certificate, Labour License and Character
Certificate must be attached with the application.

13. The price of the tender documents is mentioned above
non refundable in the form of Bank Draft in favour of
Executive Engineer, Rural Development Special Division Giridih
payable at Giridih
|
|
14.The work is to be done on Turn-key basis. The D.P.R.
drawing etc. available in the department may be seen in the
office of the under signed on any working day for reference
only. The contractor, however is required to make his/her own
design and drawings based on his own survey, investigation
etc. which will have to be approved by the Chief Engineer,
Rural Development Special Zone FFP, Building Ranchi. For which
no extra payment will be made.

15.The payment to the consultant who has prepared the
D.P.R. will be made @ 1% of total cost of the bridge from the
1st on account bill of the contractor as
consultancy fee. Contractor will have no claim for this
amount.
|
|
16.The Technical qualification of only those tenderer will
be considered who full fill the criteria of tools and plants
and bid capacity.
|
|
17.The contractor whose work is either not completed or
not found satisfactory in the department will not be
considered for allotment of work.
|
|
18.Subletting of work is not permitted in any case. If
found violating this condition the agreement will be
terminated and the contractor will be black listed.
|
|
19.The allotment of work will be done after evaluating the
avaibility of tools and plants and financial capacity of the
contractor and work load in Rural Development Department (R.E.O.
+ C.M.G.S.Y)

20.
Work detail is as follow :-
a) Approximate total length of bridges – Mentioned
above
b) Carriage width of deck slab- 7.5 meters
c) Length of approach road 100 m on each side of each bridge

|
21.Time of completion – Mentioned above
|
|
22.The tenderers must have experience of bridge work of at
least 200 M length having
raft/ well/ pile / open type of foundation.
|
|
23.Tenderers are advised to visit the bridge sites (on
their own) to study the details and conditions of work site
|
|
24.Tender is based on “Two Envelope System” of
“Technical” and “Financial” bids, financial bids of
only technically qualified contractors shall be opened.
|
|
25.The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject
any tender without assigning any reason.
|
|

|
27.The Department will not supply/ provide any
construction equipment and material such as rollers, cement,
steel etc. contractor should have all equipments in his
ownership.

29.The contractor requires to establish his/ her own fully
equipped and Functional Quality Control Laboratory in the site
of work before execution of the work for Quality control Test.
