Bidding documents may be purchased from the following
Office from the date 22.10.08 to 25.10.08 for a Non-Refundable
Fee as indicated, in the form of Demand Draft of State Bank of
India, Payable at SBI Branch of Ranchi in favour of the
Executive Engineer, Road Construction Department, Road
Division, Ranchi (Gramin).
2.
Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security (Earnest
Money) of the amount specified for the work in the Bid
Document, pledged in favour of Executive Engineer, Road
Construction Department, Road Division, Ranchi (Gramin). Bid
Security will have to be in any one of the forms as specified
in the Bidding Document and shall have to be valid for 45 days
beyond the date of opening of tender.
3.
Bids must be delivered to the chief Engineer
(communication) RCD Jharkhand Ranchi Office on or before 15:00
Hrs. on 30.10.08 and will be opened on the same day at 15:30
Hrs in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend. If the
Office happens to be closed on the date of receipt of the Bids
as specified, the Bids will be received and opened on the next
working day at the same time and venue.
4.
The value of work mentioned in the Col. 3 of the Table
may varry. The exact value of work and accordingly the Bid
Security required will be as per the details furnished in the
bidding documents.
5.
Other details can be seen in the bidding documents and
/or for this purpose undersigned may be contract in the
office.
6.
Full address and telephone numbers must be mentioned in
application for purchase of Bid document.
