Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of
:-
(i)
Chif Engineer, (Communication) Road Construction
Department CMPDI Campus, Kanke Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
(ii)
Office of the Superintending Engineer, Road
Construction Department Road Circle Dumka.
(iii)
Office of the Executive Engineer, Road Construction
Department Road Division, Pakur From 27.10.08, 29.10.08 &
30.10.08 for a non-refundable fee as indicated in the form of
Demand draft on State Bank of India payable at Pakur in favour
of Executive Engineer, Road Division, Pakur, interested
bidders may obtain further information at the same address.
Bidding documents request by mail will be dispatched by
registered/ Speed post on payment of an extra amount of Rs.
500.00 (Rupees five hundred). The Department will not be held
responsible for the postal delay if any in the delivery of the
documents or non-receipt of the same.
2.
Bids must be
accompanied by Security of the amount specified for the work
in the table payable at Pakur and drawn in favour of Executive
Engineer, Road Division Pakur. Bid security will have to be in
any one of the forms as specified in the Bidding Document and
shall have to be valid for 45 days beyond the validity of the
bid.
3.
Bids must be delivered to
(i)
Chif Engineer, (Communication) Road Construction
Department CMPDI Campus, Kanke Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
(ii)
District Control Room Office, Ranchi. On or before
15:00 Hrs. on 31.10.08 and will be opened on the same day at
15:50 Hrs. in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend.
If the office happens to be closed on the date of the receipt
of the Bids as specified, the bids will be received and opened
on the next working day at the same time and venue.
