Bidding document may be purchased from the following

to 22.10.2008,
for a non-refundable fee as indicated, in the form of Demand
draft on State Bank
of India payable at Saraikela
in favour of Executive
Engineer, RCD, Road Division Saraikela-Kharsawan.

Interested
bidders may obtain further information at the Address mentioned
above. Bidding documents requested by mail will be dispatched by
Registered /Speed Post on payment of an extra amount of Rs.
500/- (Rs. Five Hundred) only. The Dept. will not be held
responsible for the Postal Delay, if any, in the delivery of the
documents or non-receipt of the same.

Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security (Earnest Money)
of the amount specified for the work in the Table (Column 4)
payable at State Bank of
India, Saraikela
and drawn in favour of the Executive
Engineer, RCD, Road Division Saraikela-Kharsawan. Bid security will
have to be in any one of the forms as specified in the Bidding
Document and shall have to be valid for 45 days beyond the
validity of the bid.
4.
Bids must be delivered to the following offices on or
before 15.00 hours on 24.10.2008
and will be opened
on the same day at 15.30 hours, in the presence of the bidders
who wish to attend. If the office happens to be closed on the
date of receipt of the bids as specified, the bids will be
received and opened on the next working day at the same time and
venue.

5.
The value of work mentioned in the Col. 3 of the Table
may vary. The exact value of work and accordingly the Bid
Security required will be as per the details furnished in the
Bidding Documents.
