Department CMPDI Campus, Kanke Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand,(ii)
Office of the Superintending Engineer,RCD ,Road
Circle,Hazaribag.(iii) Office of the Executive Engineer,RCD
,Road Division ,Bokaro, from
25.4.08 to 29.4.08, for a non-refundable fee
as indicated, in the form of Demand draft on any
Scheduled bank payable at Bokaro. in favour of Executive
Engineer,RCD,Road Division ,Bokaro. Interested bidders may
obtain further information at the same address. Bidding
documents requested by mail will be dispatched by
registered/speed post on payment of an extra amount of Rs
500/- (five hundred) The DEPARTMENT will not be held
responsible for the postal delay if any, in the delivery of
the documents or non-receipt of the same.
3. Bids must be accompanied by security(Earnest money) of the
amount specified for the work in the table, above and that
should be pledged in favour of Executive Engineer, RCD, Road
Division Bokaro Bid security will have to be in anyone of the
forms as specified in the bidding document and shall have to
be valid for 45 days beyond the validity of the bid.
4. Bids must be delivered to Chief
Engineer(Communications) ,Road Construction Department
CMPDI Campus, Kanke Road ,Ranchi, Jharkhand (ii) District
Control Room Office, Ranchi ; 15.0 Hours on 30.4.08 and will
be opened on the same day at 15.30 hours, in the presence of
the bidders who wish to attend. If the office happens to be
closed on the date of receipt of the bids as specified, the
bids will be received and opened on the next working day at
the same time and venue.
5. The value of work mentioned in the table may vary. The
exact value of work and accordingly the Bid security required
will be as per the details furnished in the Bidding Documents.
