details in the table . The bidders may submit bids for the

Bidding document may be purchased from the office of
(i) The chief Engineer (communication), Road
Construction Department, CMPDI Campus, Kanke Road, Ranchi,
(Jharkhand) (ii) Superintending Engineer, RCD, Road Circle,
Hazaribag (iii) Executive Engineer, RCD, Road Division,
Dhanbad, from 27.02.2008 to 29.02.2008 for a non refundable
fee as indicated, in the form of demand draft on any Scheduled
bank payable at S.B.I., Hirapur, Dhanbad, in favour of
Executive Engineer, RCD, Road Division, Dhanbad Interested
bidders may obtain further information from the office of the
same address.
3. 1.
Bids must be accompanied by security of the amount
specified for the work in the bid documents in the favour of
the Executive Engineer, RCD, Road Division, Dhanbad.
Bid
security will have to be in anyone of the forms as specified
in the biding document and shall have to be valid for 45 days
beyond the validity of the Bid.
4. Bids must be delivered to the Chief Engineer
(Communication), Road Construction Department, CMPDI Campus,
Kanke Road, (Jharkhand) Ranchi/District control Room Office,
Ranchi on or before 15.00 hours on 04.03.2008 (date) and will
be opened on the same day at 15.30 hours, in the presence of
the bidders who wish to attend in the office of The Chief
Engineer (communication), Road Construction Department, CMPDI
Campus, Kanke Road, (Jharkhand) Ranchi. If the offices happen
to be closed on the date of receipt of the bids as specified,
the bids will be received and opened on the next working day
at the same time and venue.
