1.The Executive
Engineer,R.C.D., Road Division Deoghar invites Bids for the

table. The Bidder may submit bids for any or all of the

Bidding documents may be purchased from the offices of
(i) Chief Engineer (communication), Road construction
Department CMPDI Campus, Kanke road Ranchi, Jharkhand (ii)
Office of the Superintending Engineer, R.C.D.Road Circle,
Dumka. (iii) Office of the Executive Engineer, R.C.D.Road
Division, Deoghar (at Town Thana, Deoghar) from date 30.01.2008 to 31.01.2008 up to 3.00 PM. for a non
refundable fee as indicated in the form of Demand draft on
State Bank of India, payable at S.B.I. Main Branch of Deoghar,
in favour of Executive Engineer, Road Division, Deoghar.
Interested Bidders may obtain further information at the same
address Bidding documents requested by mail will be dispatched
by Registered/ Speed post on payment of extra amount of Rs.
500.00 (Five hundred) only.
The Department will not be held
responsible for Postal delay, if any, in the delivery
of documents or non-receipt of the same.
3. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security (Earnest
money) of the amount specified for the work, in the table ,
payble at Deoghar and drawn in favour of
Executive Engineer, Road division Deoghar for the work.
Bid Security will have to be in any one of the forms as
specified in the Bidding Document and shall have to be valid
for 45 days beyond the validity of the Bid.
4.
Bids
must be delivered to offices of the (i) Office of the Chief
Engineer (communication) Road construction
Department CMPDI
Campus, Kanke road Ranchi, Jharkhand
(ii) District control room office, Ranchi on or before
15:00 Hrs On
04.02.2008 and will be opened on the same day at 15.30 Hrs in
the presence of the
Bidders who wish to attend. If the office happens to be closed
on the date of receipt
of the Bids as specified. The Bids will be received and opened
on the next working day at the same time and venue.
