Bidding Documents may be purchased from the
following offices from 05.12.2007 to 07.12.2007 for a
Non-Refundable Fee as indicated in the shape of Demand Draft
drawn on State Bank of India payable at SBI Main Branch, Dumka
in favour of Executive
Engineer, Road Construction Department, Road Division, Dumka.

III. Office of the Executive Engineer, R.C.D, Road

Interested Bidders may obtain further
information at the Addresses mentioned above.
3. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security (Earnest
money) of the amount specified for the work, pledged in favour
of Executive Engineer, Road Division, Dumka for the work Bid
security will have to be in any one of the forms as specified
in the 4. Bidding Document and shall have to be valid for 45
days beyond the validity of the Bid.
Bids must be delivered to any one of the
following offices on or before 15:00 Hrs on 12.12.2007 and
will be opened on the same day at 15:30 Hrs in the presence of
the Bidders who wish to attend. If the office happens to be
closed on the date of the receipt of the Bids as specified,
the Bids will be received and opened on the next working day
at the same time and venue.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 10.12.2007 at 11:30 Hrs at
the office of the Chief Engineer (Communications), Road
Construction Department, CMPDI Campus, Kanke Road, Ranchi,
Jharkhand to clarify the issues and answer questions on any
matter that may be raised at that stage as stated in
Clause-9.2 of instructions to Bidders of the Bidding Document.
6. The value of the work mentioned in the Col-5 of the table
may vary. The exact value of the work and accordingly the Bid
security required will be as per the details furnished in the
Bidding Document.
