9. The Cost of Tender Document should be paid in the form
of account payee bank draft issued by any nationalised bank drawn
in favour of Incharge, Directorate of Geology payable at Ranchi.
Tender Document will be given by hand only.

10. Cost of Tender Document is non - refundable.
|
|
11. Separate
Tender Document should be submitted for different Group of the
Tender Notice according to para 7.
|
|
12. Preference may be given to firm/authorized dealers
having authorized show room & after sales & service
support locally.
|
|
13. Rates quoted will be valid up for one year.
|
|
14. Conditional and implicit tenders will not be accepted.
|
|
15. Work order will be given on the availability of fund.
|
|
16. The undersigned reserves the right to reject /cancel
/postpone any or all tenders in part or full.
|
|
17. In case of any dispute the legal jurisdiction shall be
within the jurisdictions of Ranchi only.
|
|
18.
Other details will be applicable as mentioned in the
Tender Documents.
