TERMS
AND CONDITIONS :-
|
|
1.
Tender documents (including terms and conditions) can be purchased
from the office of the G.M. Cum- Chief Engineer, Transmission
Zone-3, Jamshedpur on payment of Cost of tender documents
(Nonrefundable) either in shape of cash or in Demand Draft of any
Nationalised Bank in favour of Accounts Officer, Transmission
Zone-3, Jamshedpur payable at Jamshedpur.
2. Tender (Part-I) must be accompanied with earnest money in shape
of Demand Draft of Nationalised Bank failing which Tender will not
be considered.
3. Tenderer shall have latest sale tax clearance certficates, valid
electrical licence for EHT works, EPF number and experience of
similar nature of work with Rly./SEBs/PGCIL/NTPC/Private utilities.
4. Tenderer shall have constructed at least one bay of 132 KV
level within 5 years including supply of materials.
5. Tenderer shall have executed similar works in a single order of
50 lacs or above.
6. Request for issue of submission of tender paper by post/courier
will not be entertained.
7. Conditional and incomplete tender shall ot be accepted. Tender
must be in conformity with our schedule.
8. Tenders received after due date and time of submission will not
be considered.
9. Quantity mentioned against NIT may increase or decrease
10. Undersigned reserves the right to extend the date of slae/submission/opening
of tender and/or reject any tender without assigning any reason
thereof. The undersigned also reserves the right to distribute the
works among moe than one tenderer.
