For All the
above Tenders bidder should have completed the work of Design,
Supply, Erection, Testing &
commissioning of 132/33 kV Grid Sub Station and
132 KV or higher Voltage Transmission Line or similar work
comprising of 132 KV
Bays, 33 KV Bays, Power Transformers or similar works and
associated as Turnkey Contractor
during last ten years. |

The
firm should have valid EPF & ESI registration. |
|
| 3. |
The firm should
have valid electrical contractors license issued by Govt. of
Jharkhand for electrical works
of 132 kV or higher Voltage level. The contactor
should submit electrical contactor license along with the
offer or before opening
of price part of the tender. |

| 4. |
For each above
NIT annual turnover of the bidder should be Rs. 30 crores in
any one year during the last
five years. However Bidders willing for more than
one of the above tenders, assessment of annual turnover of Rs.
30 crores x no. of NIT
for which they have participated will be ensured at the time
of award of the work.
However bid documents for all the tenders may be issued
if willing by the bidder.

The bidder
should have in its employment at least one Licensed supervisor
approved by Energy Department of
Jharkhand. |

| 7. |
The bidder shall
have 220 kV as well as 132 kV, 3 phase double circuit Transmission
Line Tower design, as per latest IS : 802/1995 (for the
respective tender of 220
kV or 132 kV as the case may be ) for the above tenders,
suitable for wind Zone of
Jharkhand. The tower design shall have duly tested on
test bed of any Government Organization (Test certificate
enclosed). |

The net worth of
the bidder should be positive. The bidder should submit
attested copies of auditor’s
report along with audited balance sheet and profit and
loss statement for the last five financial years. |

Joint Ventures
are acceptable up to two firms and both the firms should
jointly qualify. |
|

Bidders
capable for executing the work but not having Tower Designs
(specified in para- 7) may purchase the Tower design, enter in

: This para is corrigendum of the earlier para no. 13
published in the news papers earlier. |
