Sealed tenders in two parts i.e. Technical & Commercial Part-I and Price Part-II is invited from the financially sound technically experienced firms for preparing DPR for Patratu-Bodh Gaya Transmission Line in the portion of Jharkhand as per following schedule :
i) Cost of BOQ : Rs.5000/- (non-refundable) only

ii) Earnest Money Deposit : Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lacs) only.

iii) Period for sale of Tender Document : From 20.03.2008 to 28.03.2008

iv) Date & Time for submission of Tender : Upto 13.00 Hrs. on 04.04.2008

v) Date & Time for Opening of Tender : At 15.30 Hrs. on 04.04.2008

B. 

1. Construction of 220 kV, Q/C, Patratu-Bodh Gaya

Transmission line (in Jharkhand portion) on Single

Tower (Four 3 Ph. Circuit on one Tower) and

interconnection in new 400 kV Grid S/S at Patratu.

 50 KM approx.

2. Construction of 2x220 kV, D/C, Patratu-Bodh Gaya

Transmission line (in Jharkhand portion) on Two

D/C Towers and interconnection in new 400 kV Grid

S/S at Patratu.

 50 KM approx.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :-

1. Tender without Earnest Money will not be considered.

2. Earnest money deposit Rs.2,00,000/- in shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of DDA (Sect.),

JSEB, Ranchi or Bank Guarantee from any nationalized/Scheduled Bank of JSEB.

3. Place of Sale of Tender Paper : Chief Engineer (Transmission) Office.

4. Average Annual Turnover during last Three Years should not be less than 1.5 crore. Bidder should have successfully completed similar works.

5. Prequalification Requirement :

i) Three work consisting of 2 GSS and 100 KM Lines or,

ii) Two works consisting of 3 GSS and 150 KM Lines or, Similar works mean "Preparation of Detailed Project Report for construction of 200/132/ 33 KV GSS and 220 KV & 132 KV Transmission Lines etc.

6. Tender documents will be issued only to prima facie qualified bidders.

7. A considerable incentive will be given to complete the DPR before schedule.

8. These terms & conditions are tentative some more terms may be included in the tender if found necessary.

9. Board reserves the right to reject any or all the Tender or distribute the work among more than one tenderer without assigning any reason thereof.
