Expression of Interest is
invited from the experienced, reputed & financially sound firms from
India or abroad for Turnkey construction including Design, Supply,
Erection, Testing and commissioning of 2 x 315 MVA, 400/220 kV
Grid Sub Station at Patratu, near Patratu TPS which is at a distance
of about 45 KM from Ranchi the Capital of Jharkhand for the following
urgent schemes : |

TERMS
AND CONDITIONS :-
|
|
1. All Payments will
be made in INR.
2. The Firm shall have experience of constructing such Grid S/S of
400 kV class and inter connecting lines
at least twice in last 5 years in Power Grid/SEBs/Transmission
Utilities in India or abroad.
3. The Firm shall have their own Design suitable for the wind Zone
of Jharkhand, duly approved by Indian
or International Standard Institutions.
4. The Firm shall have Annual Turn Over of 500 Crores or above.
5. The Firm shall have
Ex-Stock materials or capable of supplying the materials for
completing the Project
in 12 months time.
6. This EOI will be a part
of Technical & Commercial part of the Tender.
7. The Firm may submit their Expression of Interest with copy of all
the above papers in person to the
Office of the undersigned or may send by Post or Courier but they
are advised to get confirmation
of the receipt of the same on Phone if send by Post/Courier so that
it reaches on or before the
last date.
8. Tender Documents for the same will be given (on deposit of
non-refundable cost of Tender Document
at later stage) to those firms only whose papers will be found in
Order and in line with our
requirements for early completion of the project and accordingly
they will be requested for attending
the Pre-Bid Conference if found necessary. 9.
Quantum of the works and Location are tentative it may change at one
and/or two locations/ quantities.
10. A considerable incentive
will be given to complete the Project before schedule.
11. All
correspondence/communication may be made on the address given below.
12. These terms & conditions are tentative some more terms may
be included in the tender if found
necessary.
13. Board reserves the right to reject any or all the EOI without
assigning any reason thereof.
