TERMS
& CONDITIONS :-
|
|
1. Tender
documents including terms and conditions, B.O.Q and Technical
specification can be purchased from the office of the Chief Engineer
(S & P), JSEB, Ranchi on payment of cost of tender documents
(Non-refundable) either in cash or in the shape of Demand Draft
drawn in favour of Dy. Director of Accounts (Sectt.), JSEB, Ranchi
payable at Ranchi on any working day from the date mentioned at cl
# 06 (Beginning of sale of tender documents) up to one day
before the due date of opening of part-I.
2.Tender must be accompanied with earnest money @ 2% of the
quoted value subject to maximum of Rs 1 (One) lac only unless
and otherwise exempted.
3. i) For the items mentioned against Sl # 01 to 04, tender of those
firms, which do not posses valid type-test report from CPRI/National
test house / ERDA on the due date, will not be entertained.
(ii) For the items mentioned against sl # 05 to 07, tender of those
firms which do not posses valid BIS licence certificate on
the due date, will not be accepted.
4. Conditional and incomplete tender will not be accepted.
5. Past performance of the materials supplied earlier by bidder will
be taken into account during evaluation of the tender.
6. Tender must be given for at least 25% of the tendered
quantity.
7. Request for issue of tender documents by post will not be
entertained.
8. Board reserves the right to extend the date of submission/opening
of tender/date of prebid meeting or reject any or all tender without
assigning any reason thereof.
