TERMS
& CONDITIONS :-
|
|
1. Tender
documents (including Terms and Conditions) can be Purchased from
office of the Chief Engineer, Trans. (O & M), JSEB, Ranchi on
payment of Cost of Tender document (Non-refundable) either in shape
of Cash or in DD of any Nationalized Bank in favour of D.D.A (Sectt.),
JSEB, payable at Ranchi.
2.Tender (Part-I) must be accompanied with earnest money in shape of
DD of Nationalized Bank failing which Tender will not be
considered.
3. Tenderer shall have latest Income Tax & Sale Tax Clearance
Certificates.
4. Tenderer shall have valid Electrical license for EHT
works.
5.Tenderer shall have EPF number.
6. Tenderer shall have experience of similar in a single nature of
work with Railway/SEBs/PGCIL/NTPC.
7. Tenderer shall have Constructed at least one bay of 132 kV level
twice within 5 years including supply of materials.
8.Tendereer shall have executed similar works in a single order of
value of Rs 50 lacs or above.
9.Request for issue or submission of Tender Paper by Post/Courier
will not be entertained.
10. Conditional and incomplete Tenders shall not be accepted. Tender
must be in conformity with our schedule.
11. Tenders received after due date and time of submission will not
be considered.
12. Quantity mentioned against NIT may increase or decrease.
13. Board reserves the right to extend the date of
Sale/Submission/Opening of Tender and /or reject any Tender without
assiging any reason there of. The undersigned also reserves the
right to distribute the works among more than one Tenderer.
