SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed
tender in duplicate are invited from reputed, experienced and
financially sound manufacturers having adequate, manufacturing &
testing facilities for design, manufacture, testing & supply of
following materials listed below at Sl.No. 01 to 04:-
Whereas for the materials mentioned at Sl. No. 05 to 12, as below,
reputed manufacturers/authorized dealers may participate in the
respective tenders in case of participation by the manufacturers in a particular
NIT, registered dealers of the same firm/manufacturers can not
participate. However in absence of participation of the manufacture in a
particular NIT, two or more registered/authorised dealers of the same
firm may participate. |

TERMS
& CONDITIONS :-
|
|
1. For
the items mentioned at Sl. No. 01 to 04 tender documents including
terms and condition, B.O.Q and Technical specification can be
purchased from the office of the CE (S&P), JSEB, Ranchi on
payment of cost of tender documents (Non-refundable) either in cash
or in the shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Dy. Director of
Accounts (Sectt.), JSEB, Ranchi payable at Ranchi on any working day
from 15.01.2008 up to one day before the due date.
2.For the items mentioned at Sl No. 05 to 12 pre-bid meeting will be
held on 15.01.2008 at JSEB HQ, Ranchi & thereby documents will
be issued on any working day from 25.01.2008 on payment of
cost of tender documents (Non-refundable) either in cash or in the
shape of demand draft in favour of Deputy Director of Accounts (Sectt.),
Jharkhand State Electricity Board, Ranchi up to one day before the
due date, opening of part-I.
3. Tender must be accompanied with earnest money @ 2% of the quoted
value subject to maximum of Rs 1,00,000 (Rs.One lac) only
unless and otherwise exempted.
4. Request for issue of tender documents by post will not be
entertained.
5. Conditional and incomplete tender will not be accepted.
6. Past performance of the materials supplied earlier by a bidder of
JSEB will be taken into account during evaluation of the
tender.
7. Tender must be given for full tendered quantity.
8. Board reserves the right to extend the date of submission/opening
of tender/date of prebid meeting or reject any or all tender without
assigning any reason thereof.
