TERMS & CONDITIONS :-

1. Tender documents including terms and conditions, B.O.Q and Technical specification can be purchased from the office of the Chief Engineer (S&P), Jharkhand State Electricity Board, Ranchi on payment of cost of tender documents (Non-refundable) either in cash or in the shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Deputy Director of Accounts (Sectt.), JSEB Ranchi payable at Ranchi on any working day from 22.11.2007 up to one day before the due date. 
2. Tender must be accompanied with earnest money @ 2% of the quoted value subject to maximum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac) only unless and otherwise exempted. 
3. Tenders of those firms, which do not posses valid type-test report issued CPR/ERDA vadodra/National test house (Govt. of India) of the tendered item shall not be entertained. 
4. Request of issue of tender documents by post will not be entertained. 
5. Conditional and incomplete tender will not be accepted. 
6. Past performance of the materials supplied earlier by a bidder to JSEB will be taken into account during evaluation of the tender. 
7. Tender must be given for at least 50% of the tendered quantity. 
8. The requirement mentioned in the tender notice is tentative & it is subject to increase or decrease at the time of finalisation of the tender. 
9. Board reserves the right to extend the date of submission/opening of tender or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
