This is for information of all concerned that second pre-bid conference will be held on 08.08.2007 from  10 A.M. at Jharkhand State Electricity Board Headquarters against invitation for expression of interest for computerized bill generation published on 05.07.2007. Prospective bidders are required to give their presentation during the conference and submit a hard  copy along with soft copy detailing their company profile, claim for their suitability to do the work  of computerized bill generation in line with the published EoI. A copy of the EoI along with detailed scope of work Bid qualification required etc. has been handed over to all prospective bidders during first pre-bid conference on 31.07.2007. Prospective bidders will submit their para wise comment along with suggested manner of getting the target if computerized billing achieved. The Board will take decision about qualification of bidders based on their presentation during the conference and submissions in hard and soft copies. Prospective bidders are not required to submit EoI before second pre-bid conference and last date of submission of Tenders/EoI will be intimated later.
