tender are invited induplicate from the reputed manufacturers /
Distributor / Authorized dealers/ Agents for the supply of non-cosumables
viz. (1)Smart Class
Room teaching aid items such as interactive Meeting Board,
interactive Meeting Pad, Visualiser, Panel, PRS System etc. and (2)
equipment/instruments of the various Departments viz.
Metallurgical, Mining etc.
The intending eligible tenderers may obtain the requisite tender
documents from the purchase office of the institute during
office hours on any working day upto 30-01-08 against payment of
Non- refundable amount of Rs.1000/-(Rs. One Thousand only) against individual tender documents
on a department wise or item wise as the case may be. As demand draft
/ Banker’s cheque in favour
of the “Director , B.I.T. Sindri payable at state bank
of India / Bank of India / Canara Bank Sindri.
The last day of submission of quotation is 11-02-2008.
Excise
Duty exemption wherever applicable will be availed by the
institute as it a Govt. owned Technical institute under Deptt.
Of Sc. & Tech., Govt of Jharkhand. The tenderers must
enclose registration certificates of I.T./ S.T. along with
respective clearance certificates. The undersigned reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all the tenders in whole or
part without assigning any reasons what so ever. The conditional
tender will be ignored summarily. The purchaser reserves the
right to decrease or increase the quantity of the items.
