1. Principal
Secretary, Information Technology cum CEO/JAPIT invites sealed
Technical & Commercial Bids on behalf of Government of
Jharkhand for Maintenance/Management Contract
for Data Center and Local Area Network in Secretariats
and Different Government Buildings Located at Ranchi
(www.jharkhand.gov.in.)
2. A
complete set of Bid Document may be purchased by any interested
eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application to
the Principal Secretary, Information Technology, Government of
Jharkhand and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs.
5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) only in the form of Demand
Draft in favour of Chief Executive Officer, JAPIT,
payable at Ranchi. The Bid Document may be purchased personally
during office hours on all working days from 17/01/08 till
03.00 p.m. on 08/02/08.
3. It may also be downloaded from www.jharkhand.gov.in
in which case the fee in the form of demand draft should be
enclosed with the bid document at the time of submission.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information
from office of the Chief Executive Officer, JAPIT, Engineers
Hostel, Dhurwa, Ranchi.
5. Interested and eligible Bidders are required to submit the
Technical and Commercial Bid in two separate sealed envelopes.
The Technical and Commercial Bids should be accompanied by a bid
security as specified in this Bid Document. The Bid Security (In
the form of Demand Draft) should be included in the same
envelope containing the Technical Bid. The Technical and
Commercial Bid along with the Bid Security must be delivered to
the JAPIT,Engineers Hostel-2,Dhurwa, Ranchi on or before 03.30
p.m. on 08/02/08.
6. The envelope containing the Technical Bid and the Bid
Security will be opened on the specified date & time in
presence of Bidders or their authorized representative who
choose to attend. In the event of the date specified for bid
receipt and opening being declared as a holiday for the Office,
the due date for submission and opening of bids will be the
following working day at the appointed times.
