TENDER NOTICE 

1.      Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufactures or their authorized distributors of automobile industries for the supply of Ten No. PUBLICITY VAN with following technical specifications and special features :-

2.      Tender should be given in two separate sealed envelopes. First envelope will have technical bid where as second envelope will have financial bid. The PUBLICITY VAN should be super scribed on both the envelope.

3.      Tender will be received till 3:00 PM  of  8.11.2008  In the office of the Secretary, Information & Public Relation Department, Audrey House, Ranchi.

4.      The technical bid will be opened on 8.11.2008  at  4:00 PM in presence of the tenderers or    their authorized representative in the office of Secretary, Information & Public Relation Department, Audrey House, Ranchi.

5.      If the technical bid is found according to the requirement then only the financial bid of the tenderer will be opened. 

Terms & Conditions

(A) The technical bid should contain the following :-

        I.      All relevant documents to establish the credentials of the tenderer.

       II.      Documents regarding maximum numbers of service station established in the different district of Jharkhand state. Preference will be given to those tenderer  who have their own maximum servicing station in the Jharkhand state.

      III.      Up to date Sales Tax clearance certificate.

      IV.      Earnest money in the form of bank draft of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) of any nationalized bank in favour of Secretary, Information & Public relation Department, Audrey House, Ranchi should be submitted along with the technical tender.

      V.      Servicing guarantee of PUBLICITY VAN including Air Conditioning System, Power System, Display System and PA System must be enclosed.

(B)   The financial bid must clearly mention the rate of PUBLICITY VAN overall inclusive of                                                           all types of taxes.

(C)    Undersigned reserves the right to reject or accept partially or wholly any tender without assigning any reason.
