Project : Design, Erection, Maintenance & Management of Jharkhand Pavilion in IITF(India International Trade Fair 2009), 14^th–27^th November,2009 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

          The India International Trade Fair 2009 is scheduled to be held from 14^th November to 27^th November 2009 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. A gross area of 1660 Square Meter in Hall No 15 has been earmarked for Jharkhand State Pavilion in which about 1000 sqm will be constructed area and open space of 450 sqm near Hall No.-15 is likely to be allotted. State Government Departments, other Government Organizations/ Institutions in the state, public sector undertakings, private industrial houses, etc. will put up their stalls. Separate stalls for Jharkraft and Khadi (100 sqm) as per direction is to be made for display & Sale of exhibits.

          The special theme for this year is:  “Export of Services”

          During the fair, Jharkhand Day will also be celebrated at one of the day. 

          The work shall include, but not be limited to, overall preparation of the pavilion including facia, entrance, landscaping, display/ sale stalls, electrical fixtures and fittings and creation of good internal ambience.
Sealed Tenders are invited for the Design, Fabrication, Erection and Management of the Jharkhand Pavilion at Hall No.-15, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi and open space of 450sqm near Hall No.-15 from specialized agencies of national and international repute.  The agencies bidding for this work must have undertaken minimum three similar types of jobs executed in last three financial years (w.e.f. 01.04.2006).  The cost of each such job should not be less than Rs. 30,00,000/- (Rs. Thirty Lacs).

            All tenders submitted should include EMD of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand only) in the form of demand draft payable to “Director of Industries, Jharkhand, Ranchi”
            The Tender form complete in all respect along with Model, CD, drawings and printouts shall be submitted to Director of Industries, 3^rd Floor, Nepal House, Doranda, Ranchi, Jharkhand–834002 (Phones 0651-2491844, 0651-2491884)     by 05.10.2009 up to 3.00 PM.
          All the sealed tenders will be opened on 05.10.2009 at 3.00 PM before members of tender committee & bidders or authorized representatives of bidders. After opening of tender, the agencies will have to make presentation on “Theme & Concept” of Proposed Pavilion.
          Director of Industries, Govt. of Jharkhand reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof and is not bound to award work to the lowest bidders.
