Jharkhand
Udyog Mela 2008 is being organized by
State Govt. on the occasion of 8th Anniversary of the state
to show case the trade and industry in the State of Jharkhand
An
open space in the Military
Training Ground , Morabadi, Ranchi has
been earmarked for Jharkhand Udyog Mela 2008, pavilion During this
occasion Government Departments , other organization / institutions in the state
, Micro, Small , Medium and Large Industry , Public sector undertakings ,
Private Industrial Houses etc will showcase
their product in various sizes of stalls. .
The
work shall include, but not be limited to, over all preparation of the pavilion
after boundary around the ground ,structure for installation of stalls ,facia,
entrance, landscaping, display/ stalls,
electrical fixtures and fitting lighting with generator back up , erection of
good internal ambience, flooring etc as detailed in Bill of Quantity . .

Tenders are invited for the Fabrication, Erection and Management of the Pavilion
as per the detailed design layout
in the Bill of Quantity inside boundary of the Military Training Ground ,
Morabadi, Ranchi from specialised agencies of national and international repute.
The agencies bidding for the work must have undertaken and executed
minimum three similar types of jobs during
in last three financial years (w.e.f. 01.04.2005). The cost of each such job should not be less than Rs.
1,00,00,000/-.(Rs.One crore).
Tender procedure
The
tenderor should submit the
proposals in three (03) separate envelopes
duly marked as follows :-
(1) Envelope 1
(Superscribed “Envelope 1:EMD”)
It will contain only earnest money deposit in the form of crossed bank
draft of Rs. 50000(Fifty thousand) payable to “Single Window System,
Department of Industries, Jharkhand”
(2)Envelope
2 (Superscribed “Envelope 2:TECHNICAL BID”)
Documents
mentioned in clause 3.2
of invitation of tender bid .
(c)
Envelope 3 (Superscribed “Envelope 3: FINANCIAL BID”)
THE
PRICE BID
All
such envelope should contain all such details
as mentioned in tender document.
Bidders
should put all the above 03 envelops in a common sealed envelope marked as “
Strictly Confidential “ and Tender for
Fabrication , Erection , Maintenance & Management of Pavilion for Jharkhand Udyog
Mela 2008(15th -25th November,2008)
The
bids will be evaluated as per criteria mentioned
in tender document .
All
tenders submitted should include EMD of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand only)
in the form of demand draft payable to “Single Window System, Department of
Industries, Jharkhand”

Sealed
tenders complete in all respect alongwith Model, CD, drawings and printouts
should be submitted in the office of the Director Industry, Nepal House, Doranda,
Ranchi, Jharkhand-834002 (Phones 0651-2491844,0651-2491884) . The last date of
submission of tender documents is 13
October 2008 up to 1500 hrs.
All the sealed tenders will be opened on 13th October ,2008 at 1600 hrs before members
of tender committee &
authorized representatives of bidders . After opening of tender , the agencies
will have to make presentation about
proposed Pavilion.
Director
of Industries , Govt. of Jharkhand reserves the right
to accept
or reject any or all tenders without
assigning any reason
there of and is not bound to award work
to the lowest bidders .
Any
form of canvassing shall be deemed as reasons
for disqualification .
