Sealed tenders are invited from
reputed MNC brand manufacturers having ISO certification or their authorised
distributors/dealers for supply and installation of two units of PHOTOCOPIER
(with stands) having following specifications :- speed : 15 cpm or above, zoom
50-200%, reduction and enlargement facility, 10 page user code, OPC drum
technology, minimum sheet by pass facility, warm up time less than 80 seconds,
continuous copy 1-999.
The tenderers are being
directed to furnish the following documents with their price bid (per unit) :-
(a) Authorization by the
manufacturer company.
(b) The details of warranty
obligations and after sale service support facilities.
(c) Sales tax registration and
up-to-date clearance certificate.
(d) Income tax clearance
certificate.
(e) Earnest money deposit of
Rs. 4000/- in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of Conservator of
Forests, Working Plan and Research Circle, Ranchi, payable at Ranchi.
The tenderers having authorised
service support centre located at Ranchi only need apply. Tenders complete in
all respects, as stated above, shall be received by this office latest by
17-12-2002 (13.00 hrs.) The tenders shall be opened on the same day at 15.00
hrs. in the presence of willing tenderers or their authorised representatives.
The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders
without assigning any reason whatsoever.
