contractors registered in appropriate class with Building
Construction Department, Govt. of Jharkhand and CPWD for the

7.
The Tender will be received in two Bid System. The
envelope containing the Technical Bid and Bid security will be
opened on specified date and time in presence of Tenderer or
their authorized representative who may like to attend.
8.
Technical Bid of the Tender will contain the following
:
(a)
Full details of the firm, Partnership deed, Proof of
registration of the firm. In case of company the
Articles/Memorandum of Association & registration of the
company.
(b)
Proof with certificates of having executed single work
experience of Building Construction of minimum value 3.0 crore
(Rs. Three crores only) for Group A and Group B in any
Government organizations consisting of Civil Works,
Electrification work, Water supply.
(c)
The Tenderer organization should have an annual average
turnover of Rs. 5.0 crore (Five crore) during last three
financial years.
(d)
Bid Security / earnest money.
(e)
Last three years Audited Balance Sheet along with
Profit & Loss account, Copy of PAN Card, Sales tax
Clearance / NOC & Jharkhand State TIN Number, EPF
registration.
(f)
The tender should have experience in concreting (P.C.C/R.C.C.)
through batching Plant and Transit Mixture.
(g)
List of Plant & Machinery & Technical personal
to be deployed on the work should be provided along with
documentary evidence.
(h)
Character certificate from DM /DC
(i)
Labour license
(j)
Affidavit as regards the genuineness of the certificate
attached and that the bidder will not sublet any works either
in part or full to any other person, firm or company.
(k)
Loss making companies will not be entertained companies
or firms blacklisted in any Govt. organization will not be
entertained.
9.
Financial Bid of the Tender will contain the following
;-
(i)
The Tender will contain the price bid of the project
under different heads as detailed in the tender documents.
(ii)
The Financial Bid of only those bidders who qualify in
technical Bid will be opened.
10.
The Tenderer must have permanent engineering
organization in which structural Engineers must be under his
own employment.
11.
Cost of Tender document should be in the form of Bank
draft in favour of Director Secondary Education drawn on any
nationalized bank at Ranchi.
12.
The Tenderer are required to submit the earnest money
in the form of Bank draft / Bank guarantee / NSC drawn on any
Nationalize Bank pledged in favour of Director, Secondary
Education payable at Ranchi.
13.
The Tender should quote rates as percentage above at
par or below (both in figure & word) for the rates of
items given in the BOQ which are as par S.O.R. 2008 and for
non scheduled items, rates should be quoted for each item
given in BOQ. In case the overall rate quoted by the tenderer
are above or below 15% of the estimated cost, it will be
treated as unworkable and tender will be rejected. Tenderer
are required to submit the Sealed technical and Financial bid
in separate envelopes. Both envelopes will be enclosed in one
sealed envelope. The envelope should be properly marked Group
No. and Name of the work.
14.
Before submission of the bid, the tenderers should get
themselves fully acquainted with the site conditions and
availability of construction labour materials. No claim in
this regard of any sort will be entertained later on.
15.
The
undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject the tender
received or to allot the work to one or more tenderer without
assigning any reason there of.
