Earnest Money Deposit : 1.20 lakhs shall be deposited along with the
tenders as earnest money deposit by way of crossed DD in
favour of Executive
Engineer, Building Construction Department, Building Division
No.-1, Ranchi OR Bank guarantee from a nationalized bank as
per format given in the tender documents.
Pre-qualification requirements : Intending bidders must satisfy the
following requirements in order to qualify for the subject
tender and submit details with proof in technical bid.
(a)
Bidder should be manufacturer of either 2 kw flood
light fixtures OR Stadium masts.
(b)
Bidder should have successfully executed at least 3
nos. similar works, works, each costing minimum Rs. 4 crores
during last seven years. "Similar Works" means
design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of
sports arena lighting works for international level sports
stadium in India including high masts, 2kw flood light
fixtures, electrical panels, control panels, cabling and
earthing systems and also measurement of lighting levels.
(c) Bidder should have in-house facilities for carrying out
computer aided sports flood lighting desigh.
(d) Average annual turn-over of the bidder during last
three years shall not be less than Rs. 20 crores.
Documentary evidence in support of the above
pre-qualification criteria shall be submitted along with the
offer. Offers from companies not meeting the above
requirements shall be rejected.
Intending bidders satisfying the above
pre-qualification criteria can purchase the tender documents
up to 15-03-2010 on any working day between 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.
after depositing Cost of B.O.Q. of Rs. 10,000/- in the form of
crossed demand draft in favour of Executive
Engineer, Building Construction Department, Building Division
No.-1, Ranchi from the following office address.
Tender
complete in all respects shall be submitted on or before
16-03-2010 at 3.30 P.M. by 1500 hrs and the technical bid
shall be opened on the same day at 1530 hrs in the presence of
bidders. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or
all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
