2. Bidding document (and additional copies) may be

Building Construction Department,Combined Building, Line-Tank
Road, Ranchi.
(2) The Superintending
Engineer, Building Circle Chhotanagpur Ranchi. (3) The Executive Engineer, Building Division Jamshedpur from 28.01.2010
to 03.02.2010 for a non-refundable fee. In the form of
Demand draft on any Scheduled bank payable at Jamshedpur
favour of The Executive
Engineer, Building Division Jamshedpur. Interested bidders
may obtain further information at the same address. Bidding
documents requested by mail will be dispatched by
registered/speed post on payment of an extra amount of Rs.
500.00 (Five Hundred) in the form of Demand draft. The
Department will not be held responsible for the postal delay
if any, in the delivery of the document or non-receipt of the
same.
3. Bids must be accompanied by security of the
amount specified for the work in the table, payable at
Jamshedpur and drawn in favour of Executive
Engineer, Building Division Jamshedpur. Bid security will
have to be in anyone of the forms as specified in the bidding
document and shall have to be valid for 45 days beyond the
validity of the bid.
4. Bids must be delivered to Chief Engineer, Building Construction Department, Combined Building,
Line tank road, Ranchi on or before 15.00
P.M. Hours on 04.02.2010
and will be opened on the same day at 16.00 Hours, in the
presence of the bidders who wish to attend. If the office
happens to be closed on the date of receipt of the bids as
specified, the bids will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time and
venue.
