Request for Expression of
Interest
There are 105 SMF under the
Directorate of Agriculture, Jharkhand, Ranchi which are put
to seed production for the last few years. The Directorate
of Agriculture is attracting the attention of Agri-entrepreneurs
for under taking HYV seed production programme during Kharif
2005. If the activities and performance of seed production
is satisfactory the agri entrepreneurs will be allowed to
continue the seed production activities till the department
desires.
An attractive package of incentives will be made
available from state plan schemes such as free supply of
foundation seeds, use of available agriculture machinery and
implements. Seed
storage facilities, seed processing facilities at attractive
rental basis.
The interested Agri- entrepreneurs are to send
details of their profile including financial capability
professional/technical qualification experience in seed
production on or before 26.5.2005 in the following address :

The agri entrepreneurs should be
an unemployed agricultural graduate/a member of
registered seed village/a self help group under any
registered watershed committee belongs to the state.
The
short listed applicants will be given opportunities to
inspect and to submit a bankable project report;
selection will be done by a technical committee headed
by the Director Agriculture/JDA/DAO/SAO and a
representative from BAU, Ranchi as members.
The
Department reserves the right to reject all/or any of
the offers without assigning any reason thereof. |
